During the individual coaching we focus on developing your personal expertise for conflict transformation. Our objective is to find the best possible solution for your current situation. We work on constructive ways to resolve your current conflict by working on your existing strengths and develop tools to help you meet further conflicts relaxed and open. During the team coaching process, we develop together a solution which fits for the team. We focus on the strengths which are already there. From here we start to develop the necessary expertise for conflict solutions. Main objective of the team intervention is to resolve the current situation and to enable the team members to resolve future conflicts. For solutions without losers.
